These terms apply to your use of the Fred’s List app and website, provided by Fred’s List (ABN 43 367 852 862). By using Fred’s List you agree to these terms.
Your account and household
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Subscription
- Fred’s List will be $19.99 AUD per year at launch, including GST.
Important: not an emergency service
Fred’s List can help you find your location, contacts and first-aid information, but it is not an emergency service and does not give medical advice. First-aid information is provided by linking to third-party sources: healthdirect, Australian Red Cross and St John Ambulance Australia. Fred’s List does not give first-aid instructions itself. Always follow official advice and, in an emergency, call 000.
Checklists and reminders
Lists, checks and reminders are there to help you prepare. Fred’s List gives general information only. It does not give legal, mechanical or medical advice, and it does not check that your vehicle, towing setup or equipment is compliant or roadworthy. Vehicle and towing information links to third-party sources, which may change; always check the current official rules for your state or territory. You remain responsible for your vehicle, equipment, safety and travel decisions.
Acceptable use
Please use Fred’s List lawfully and respectfully. Don’t misuse the service, try to access other households’ information, or upload content you don’t have the right to share.
Your content
You own the information you add. You allow us to store and display it so the app can work for you and your household.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Liability wording — legal review
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will update the date above. You can stop using Fred’s List and delete your account at any time.
