Delete your Fred’s List account
You can delete your account at any time, right inside the app.
Delete it in the app
- Open Fred’s List and go to the Help & How To tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account, just below Sign out.
- Read what will be deleted, then type DELETE to confirm.
- Tap Delete my account and household.
Changed your mind? Tap Keep my account and nothing is deleted.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently deletes your Fred account and your whole household, including:
- your crew and pets, including their emergency and medical details
- every My List and trip, with their checklists and costs
- all records, reminders, photos, manuals and files
- your emergency contacts
This can’t be undone, and we can’t get it back for you.
No longer have the app?
Email support@fredslistapp.com from the email address on your Fred account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm the request with you by email before anything is deleted, so no one else can delete your account. Confirm web request process
